Craig Hopkins

Since a young lad, I have always had an interest in fitness. I was always very slim and found it a challenge to put on weight or even muscle. Now that I have learned how to properly fuel my body and create and follow a fitness plan that works, I have been seeing big improvements in my physique and I want to help others with their goals too!

 

I then decided to become a Level 3 Personal Trainer so that I have the means and knowledge to guide others on their fitness journeys.

Helping others with their wants/needs is a big driver for me, so helping you to reach your fitness goals will always be at the forefront of the service I provide you. This will include regular check-ins, ensuring progress is tracked, limits pushed, and most importantly, holding you accountable for your health and fitness.

I can also guide you through nutrition tips and best practices, however, I cannot provide a detailed nutrition/meal plan.​​
