Starting with a new Personal Trainer can be daunting, so I have put together a list of FAQ's to help ease your concerns. If you're questions are not answered here, please get in touch by email or on Instagram.

Why choose a Personal Trainer?

Having a Personal Trainer will help you get the most out of your workout by using our expertise and training to tailor your fitness plans to your goals. For some, it is also an extra form of accountability by having someone checking in on your progress and helping you surpass your limits.

Where are sessions held?

Sessions are held at The Gym Group Cheltenham, Tewkesbury Road, Cheltenham, GL51 9DT.

You will need to hold a current membership that allows access during the scheduled time for our sessions. i.e. Peak/Off-Peak.

What Qualifications and/or Accreditations do you hold?

I hold a level 3 certificate, recognised by the Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity, in Personal Training. I am also undergoing training to achieve a Level 3 Certificate in Exercise Referral and will soon be applying for a Practitioner Membership with CIMPSA.

How do I get started?

First thing is to get in touch, either by the contact form on this website or through the Instagram page. We will then arrange to meet at the gym and discuss your short, medium and long term goals, any barriers that may hinder your progress and what motivates you to start your health journey. We will also have a quick tour of the gym while discussing next steps.
